(Uygulamada En \u00c7ok Kullan\u0131lan Kodlar)<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Tahribats\u0131z muayene (NDT) sahada \u201ccihaz\u0131 tut, \u00f6l\u00e7, raporla\u201d gibi g\u00f6r\u00fcnen bir i\u015f de\u011fildir. Her muayene; <strong>hangi standarda g\u00f6re yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131, hangi kabul kriteriyle de\u011ferlendirildi\u011fi ve hangi mevzuat\u0131n zorunlu k\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131<\/strong> \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde anlam kazan\u0131r. Ayn\u0131 kaynak, ayn\u0131 boru veya ayn\u0131 tank; farkl\u0131 projelerde farkl\u0131 standartlarla muayene edilebilir ve sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n kabul\/red karar\u0131 buna g\u00f6re de\u011fi\u015fir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu nedenle NDT i\u015flerinde en kritik soru \u015fudur:<br><strong>\u201cBu muayene hangi standarda dayan\u0131yor?\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A\u015fa\u011f\u0131da sekt\u00f6rde en yayg\u0131n kullan\u0131lan NDT standartlar\u0131n\u0131 ve hangi durumda devreye girdiklerini sistematik olarak ele al\u0131yoruz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1) NDT\u2019de \u201cstandart katmanlar\u0131\u201d nas\u0131l d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclmeli?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Uygulamada NDT referanslar\u0131 4 katmanl\u0131d\u0131r:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u00dcr\u00fcn\/ekipman standard\u0131 veya kodu<\/strong><br>(Bas\u0131n\u00e7l\u0131 kap, boru hatt\u0131, \u00e7elik konstr\u00fcksiyon, tank, ray vb.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>NDT y\u00f6ntem standard\u0131<\/strong><br>(VT\/UT\/RT\/MT\/PT\/ET\u2019nin nas\u0131l uygulanaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 tarif eder)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Kabul kriteri standard\u0131<\/strong><br>(Bulgunun hangi seviyede \u201ckabul edilebilir\u201d oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yler)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Personel yeterlilik standard\u0131<\/strong><br>(Muayeneyi yapan ki\u015finin yetkinli\u011fi)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Bir projede bu d\u00f6rt katman birlikte okunur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2) Personel yeterlilik standartlar\u0131 (Kim muayene yapabilir?)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>ISO 9712 \/ EN ISO 9712<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>End\u00fcstride NDT personelinin Level 1\u20132\u20133 olarak belgelendirilmesi i\u00e7in temel uluslararas\u0131 standartt\u0131r. Hangi y\u00f6ntemde, hangi seviyede personelin yetkili oldu\u011funu ve sertifika \u015fartlar\u0131n\u0131 tan\u0131mlar. Uygulamada \u00e7o\u011fu proje \u201cISO 9712 belgeli personel\u201d \u015fart\u0131 ister. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ne zaman zorunlu olur?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>B\u00fcy\u00fck end\u00fcstriyel projelerin \u015fartnamelerinde<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>CE\/PED gibi mevzuat uyumlu \u00fcretimlerde<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kritik ekipman muayenelerinde<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3) Kaynakl\u0131 imalatlarda genel NDT se\u00e7imi ve \u00e7er\u00e7eve standartlar\u0131<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>EN ISO 17635<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Kaynaklar\u0131n tahribats\u0131z muayenesi i\u00e7in \u201changi y\u00f6ntem, hangi oranda, hangi kapsamda se\u00e7ilir?\u201d sorusuna genel kurallarla rehberlik eder. E\u015fanj\u00f6r borular\u0131nda \u00e7o\u011funlukla proje \u015fartnamesi ile birlikte kullan\u0131l\u0131r.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5) Kabul kriterleri (Bulgu ne zaman uygunsuz say\u0131l\u0131r?)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>NDT\u2019nin en kritik k\u0131sm\u0131 \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm de\u011fil, <strong>kabul\/red karar\u0131d\u0131r<\/strong>. Bu karar, \u00fcr\u00fcn standard\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 kabul kriterlerinden gelir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kaynak kalite seviyeleri<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>ISO 5817<\/strong> \u2013 \u00c7elik kaynaklarda kalite seviyeleri (B, C, D).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>ISO 10042<\/strong> \u2013 Al\u00fcminyum kaynaklarda kalite seviyeleri.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Y\u00f6nteme \u00f6zel kabul kriterleri<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>ISO 23277 \/ ISO 23278 \/ ISO 11666 vb.<\/strong><br>PT\/MT\/UT sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n hangi limitlerde kabul edilece\u011fini y\u00f6ntem baz\u0131nda tarif eder.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00d6nemli not:<\/strong><br>Ayn\u0131 bulgu, ISO 5817 kalite seviyesi B\u2019de reddedilirken C\u2019de kabul edilebilir. Bu y\u00fczden raporlar daima \u201changi kalite seviyesine g\u00f6re de\u011ferlendirildi\u011fi\u201d ile birlikte okunur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6) Ekipman \/ sekt\u00f6r kodlar\u0131 (NDT zorunlulu\u011funu kim getiriyor?)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>NDT \u00e7o\u011fu zaman bir \u201cekipman kodu\u201d taraf\u0131ndan \u015fart ko\u015fulur. En yayg\u0131n \u00fc\u00e7 b\u00fcy\u00fck aile:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A) Avrupa (EN\/ISO) ekipman standartlar\u0131<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>EN 13445<\/strong> \u2013 Bas\u0131n\u00e7l\u0131 kaplar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>EN 13480<\/strong> \u2013 End\u00fcstriyel boru hatlar\u0131<br>Bu standartlar; hangi kayna\u011fa, hangi oranda NDT yap\u0131laca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve kabul kriterlerini belirtir. PED uyumlu projelerde s\u0131k g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">B) ASME Kodlar\u0131<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>ASME BPVC Section V<\/strong> \u2013 NDT y\u00f6ntemlerinin uygulama kurallar\u0131; ASME d\u00fcnyas\u0131nda y\u00f6ntemlerin temel referans\u0131d\u0131r. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>ASME Section VIII<\/strong> \u2013 Bas\u0131n\u00e7l\u0131 kaplar (NDT kapsam\u0131n\u0131 ve kabul kriterini Section V\u2019e ba\u011flar).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>ASME B31.3 \/ B31.1<\/strong> \u2013 Proses ve g\u00fc\u00e7 boru hatlar\u0131 (NDT oran\u0131, kaynak kabul\u00fc).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>ASME projelerinde prosed\u00fcr ve rapor format\u0131 Section V\u2019e g\u00f6re kurgulan\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">C) API Standartlar\u0131 (i\u015fletme ve periyodik muayene d\u00fcnyas\u0131)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>API 510<\/strong> \u2013 Bas\u0131n\u00e7l\u0131 kaplar\u0131n i\u015fletme d\u00f6nemi muayenesi<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>API 570<\/strong> \u2013 Borulama sistemleri muayenesi<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>API 653<\/strong> \u2013 Atmosferik depolama tanklar\u0131 muayenesi<br>Bu standartlar, i\u015fletme s\u0131ras\u0131nda hangi NDT\u2019nin nerede, ne s\u0131kl\u0131kla yap\u0131laca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirler. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7) \u00c7elik konstr\u00fcksiyon ve yap\u0131 i\u015fleri (EN 1090 \/ ISO 3834 etkisi)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>EN 1090<\/strong> \u2013 Yap\u0131sal \u00e7elik\/al\u00fcminyum konstr\u00fcksiyonlar\u0131n CE uygunlu\u011fu i\u00e7in kaynak ve NDT \u015fartlar\u0131n\u0131 i\u00e7erir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>ISO 3834<\/strong> \u2013 Kaynakl\u0131 imalat kalite gerekleri; NDT plan\u0131n\u0131n kalite sistemi i\u00e7indeki yerini tan\u0131mlar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu projelerde NDT oran\u0131 ve kalite seviyesi, konstr\u00fcksiyon s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131na (EXC) ve kullan\u0131lan standarda g\u00f6re belirlenir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8) Mevzuat taraf\u0131: Direktifler ve ulusal y\u00f6netmelikler<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>NDT\u2019nin \u015fart ko\u015fuldu\u011fu en kritik mevzuatlar:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>PED (Bas\u0131n\u00e7l\u0131 Ekipmanlar Direktifi 2014\/68\/EU)<\/strong><br>Bas\u0131n\u00e7l\u0131 ekipmanlar\u0131n tasar\u0131m ve imalat\u0131nda NDT zorunluluklar\u0131n\u0131 \u00fcr\u00fcn standard\u0131na ba\u011flar (EN 13445, EN 13480, ASME vb.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Makine g\u00fcvenli\u011fi \/ asans\u00f6r \/ yap\u0131 malzemeleri gibi \u00fcr\u00fcn mevzuatlar\u0131<\/strong><br>Kaynakl\u0131 kritik bile\u015fenlerde NDT ve uygunluk de\u011ferlendirme gerektirebilir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Mevzuat do\u011frudan \u201c\u015fu y\u00f6ntemi yap\u201d demez; ama uygun \u00fcr\u00fcn standard\u0131n\u0131 ve g\u00fcvenlik gereklerini zorunlu k\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in NDT bu zincirin par\u00e7as\u0131 olur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9) Sahada kullan\u0131lan tipik \u201creferans setleri\u201d<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Uygulamada en s\u0131k g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz kombinasyon \u00f6rnekleri:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Bas\u0131n\u00e7l\u0131 kap imalat\u0131 (Avrupa)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>EN 13445 (\u00fcr\u00fcn standard\u0131)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>EN ISO 17635 (NDT kapsam se\u00e7imi)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>EN ISO 17636 \/ 17640 \/ 17638 \/ 3452 (y\u00f6ntem standartlar\u0131)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ISO 5817 (kabul kriteri)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ISO 9712 (personel)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Proses borulamas\u0131 (ASME)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ASME B31.3 (\u00fcr\u00fcn\/kabul)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ASME Section V (y\u00f6ntem)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ASME IX (kaynak prosed\u00fcr\u00fc ve personel)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ISO 9712 veya ASNT tabanl\u0131 personel \u015fartlar\u0131 (\u015fartnameye g\u00f6re)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tank i\u015fletme muayenesi<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>API 653 (muayene plan\u0131 ve s\u0131kl\u0131k)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>MFL\/UT uygulama prosed\u00fcrleri (Section V\/ISO uygun)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ISO 9712 personel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sonu\u00e7<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>NDT i\u015flerinde referans al\u0131nan standartlar tek bir belgeyle s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 de\u011fildir.
