T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de 9 Temmuz 2025 tarihinde y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe giren \u0130klim De\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi Kanunu \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde kamu kurum ve kurulu\u015flar\u0131 ile ger\u00e7ek ve t\u00fczel ki\u015filer, kamu yarar\u0131 g\u00f6zetilerek al\u0131nacak tedbirlere ve d\u00fczenlemelere s\u00fcresinde uymakla ve bunlar\u0131 uygulamakla y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fc olacak. \u00d6zel sekt\u00f6r a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, konu ile ilgili \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan b\u00fcy\u00fck i\u015fletmelerin yan\u0131nda, \u00f6zellikle emisyon yo\u011fun sekt\u00f6rlerde ki KOB\u0130 d\u00fczeyinde ki bir\u00e7ok i\u015fletmenin de karbon emisyonlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclmesi, raporlanmas\u0131 ve azalt\u0131lmas\u0131na y\u00f6nelik sorumluluklar\u0131n\u0131n yasal zemine oturtulmas\u0131 hedeflemektedir. Bu kapsamda, daha \u00f6nce g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fcl\u00fck esas\u0131na dayal\u0131 olarak y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik uygulamalar\u0131 art\u0131k birer yasal y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fck haline gelmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avrupa Birli\u011fi ise iklim politikalar\u0131n\u0131 daha da ileriye ta\u015f\u0131yarak, S\u0131n\u0131rda Karbon D\u00fczenleme Mekanizmas\u0131 (CBAM) ile ithal \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin karbon ayak izine odaklanan yeni bir d\u00f6nemi ba\u015flatm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu d\u00fczenleme, 1 Ocak 2026 itibari ile \u00f6zellikle demir-\u00e7elik, \u00e7imento, al\u00fcminyum, g\u00fcbre ve elektrik gibi sekt\u00f6rlerde faaliyet g\u00f6steren firmalar i\u00e7in karbon emisyonlar\u0131n\u0131n \u015feffaf bir \u015fekilde hesaplanmas\u0131, bildirilmesini zorunlu k\u0131lmakta ve mali y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fck alt\u0131na almaktad\u0131r. Bu durum; Karbon fiyatland\u0131rmas\u0131n\u0131n sadece AB i\u00e7indeki \u00fcreticileri de\u011fil, AB\u2019ye ihracat yapan t\u00fcm \u015firketleri kapsayacak \u015fekilde geni\u015flemesi, k\u00fcresel tedarik zincirlerini do\u011frudan etkilemektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu geli\u015fmeler \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, \u015firketler art\u0131k sadece \u00e7evresel sorumluluklar\u0131n\u0131 yerine getirmekle kalmamakta, ayn\u0131 zamanda rekabet g\u00fc\u00e7lerini koruyabilmek ve pazarlara eri\u015fimlerini s\u00fcrd\u00fcrebilmek ad\u0131na yasal uyum s\u00fcre\u00e7lerini y\u00f6netmek zorunda kalmaktad\u0131r. \u0130klim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fiyle m\u00fccadelede g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn yerini zorunlulu\u011fa b\u0131rakt\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu yeni d\u00f6nemde, firmalar\u0131n karbon y\u00f6netimi, s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik raporlamas\u0131 ve iklim risklerine kar\u015f\u0131 dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131k stratejileri geli\u015ftirmeleri ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmaz hale gelmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Swiss Expert olarak, bu d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm s\u00fcrecinde firmalara \u00f6zellikle karbon ayak izi hesaplamalar\u0131 ve raporlar\u0131n\u0131n do\u011frulanmas\u0131 (verification) ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere, mevzuata uyum konusunda teknik destek sa\u011flamaktay\u0131z.
